Topline

Problem

The existing coating was peeling due to inadequate prep by the previous installer and a system that wasn’t properly suited for the surface and anticipated conditions. Additionally, there were conditional issues with excessive exposure to ponding water and snow.

Solution

-Mechanically grind the entire surface to remove  existing failing coating and prepare the substrate to      the proper profile for new coating

-Remove failing control joints and route cracks in            substrate

-Install primer, base slurry coat, texture coat, solid
 color top coat and elastomeric joint sealant
